The Attorney General has requested life imprisonment for Alfredo Cospito , in the bis appeal process, resumed today in Turin, for the actions of the alleged terrorist organization Fai-Fri.

The case in which the anarchist is accused is centered on the recalculation of the sentence for only one of the disputed episodes, the attack - on June 2, 2006 - at the Allievi carabinieri school in Fossano, in the province of Cuneo. In the courtroom the accusation was supported by the pgs Francesco Saluzzo and Paolo Scafi.

Cospito, who for months went on hunger strike against the harsh prison regime according to the 41 bis, is currently detained in Bancali, Sassari, where he was re-transferred at the end of May after a period spent in the Milanese Opera penitentiary.
