Full-face helmets on their heads and shotguns in their hands. Panic broke out this afternoon in a bathing establishment in Torre Annunziata (Naples), the Lido Azzurro, one of the best known and most popular in the area. The criminals were probably looking for someone, but they didn't find him.

Many people screamed and fled at the sight of the two armed men wandering among the swimmers. Perhaps also to earn their escape, the two, having arrived close to the entrance, decided to fire a few shots (at least two according to what some witnesses said) to open the gap necessary to escape and cover their tracks. Luckily without hitting anyone.

A raid that lasted a few minutes, perhaps even less, but which must have seemed like an eternity to those present. Police and Carabinieri cars arrived on the scene shortly afterwards.

The investigators have already seized the images of the video surveillance system of the bathing establishment and, it still remains to be understood who the target of the commando was.
