Alfredo Cospito remains under the 41 bis regime in Sassari, defense appeal rejected.
The Rome Surveillance Court rejected the appeal against the Ministry of Justice's decision.

The Rome Surveillance Court has rejected the appeal filed by Alfredo Cospito's lawyer, Flavio Rossi Albertini, against the Ministry of Justice's decision to renew the anarchist's 41 bis prison sentence for another two years .
Cospito, 58, is currently detained in Sassari and has been under harsh prison conditions since 2022.
Justice Minister Carlo Nordio, believing that Cospito still posed a social danger, that he still had ties to the anarchist galaxy and could therefore communicate from prison, confirmed the 41 bis regime.
The anarchist's defense had appealed against this decision, which was rejected today by the Capitoline judges.
