Sardinia on the podium, again this year, of the Crai Italy Food Award .

For the second consecutive year the " Il Girasole Gluten Free " pasta factory in Oristano led by the owner Francesca Spanu received the special award for the category and confirms its excellence in the sector. Born in 2016, it offers its customers a production that covers not only the regional territory but also the national and foreign one.

«For us it is a great satisfaction – confesses Spanu – which confirms that we are progressing well and gives us new stimuli to always do better and continue to guarantee the quality and authenticity of our products». Among the boasts of the activity also the victory of the pasta category for special food at the Sardinia Food Awards 2021. The ceremony took place in Legnano, in Villa Renoir, on 24 February, with the second edition of the gala evening which tells, rewards and promotes producers of Italian agri-food excellence.
