Incredible Cagliari, which went down twice at Inter and recovered twice, with Shomurodov and Viola, bringing home a 2-2 that was worth gold .
Ranieri dusts off the three-man defence, placing Mina, captain, Hatzidiakos and Obert alongside him, while up front Oristanio, knocked out by tonsillitis, leaves room for Jankto, who joins Shomurodov and Luvumbo.
