Filmed unbeknownst to him in a video by Gigi D'Alessio walking with her lover. And now Sony is forced to pay the damages.

That's right: in 2012 the video clip of "Oj nenna ne" was being made, in the suburbs of Naples. Among the passers-by immortalized by chance there was also a woman walking hand in hand with a man who was not her husband.

The video was very successful and the woman was easily recognized by those who knew her: a story that in short had caused her major problems of a personal nature. First the gossip around the neighborhood, then the divorce.

The victim decided to drag Sony to court and the Naples Court of Appeal agreed with her: compensation is due because her right to privacy has been infringed.

Sony defended itself by declaring that the video was shot outdoors and therefore there was no need for consent. In addition, he reported that the woman "had focused her gaze on the camera for a few moments". Nothing to do, for the judges it could have been simple curiosity, also because there was no set design that could make it clear that a video was being shot.
