«The strike on Friday 17 November, as proclaimed by the trade union confederations (with the exclusion of numerous sectors) cannot be considered as a general strike, for the purposes of applying the regulations which allow exceptions to sector regulations on public services».

This is what we read in a note from the Guarantee Commission, which confirms "the content of the provision" on the agitation proclaimed by CGIL and UIL with which it requests the "remodulation" of the stop in some sectors.

Uiltrasporti, however, replies: "We will not abide by the guarantor's limitations."

And the political controversy also breaks out, with the League attacking: «The Strike Guarantee Commission punishes the capricious Maurizio Landini: the CGIL leader's claim to spend a long weekend on November 17th on the skin of millions of Italians has been rejected ».
