Speaking during "La Zanzara" on Radio 24, the president of Lazio Claudio Lotito returns to the case that exploded in the last few days , after the photo of the penile prosthesis published on X by the now ex-falconer of the biancoceleste club Juan Bernabé.

Lotito takes stock of the situation and reiterates the reasons that led him to the decision to fire the Spanish falconer: « This has caused damage, Lazio is a listed company and I am a majority shareholder », says the president of the Roman club. «There are a series of bodies responsible for control. If I were to violate sports rules there would be no forgiveness». Who also attacks the doctor Gabriele Antonini, who implanted the prosthesis in Bernabé: «He is responsible, in my opinion he even performed the operation for free to gain publicity. Me to compensate him? If anything, the opposite. They tell me that a flood of requests have arrived to do that same operation, this is Lazio, we are not talking about Cicciolina! For twenty years I have been trying to clear a series of situations of a political nature, didactic and moralizing football».

As for forgiveness, for Lotito « there are rules and they must apply to everyone, starting with myself . In life, if you are a falconer, you must dedicate yourself to the eagle and not be an actor around. You will find another place to be, everyone is responsible for their own actions. I am not the one who can decide. The fans made a very heavy statement, those fans are also parents. If he is not capable of understanding and willing, then he must be interned. It is not a fortuitous case, it is wanted and aggravated by the interviews». Lotito concludes and explains that « Bernabé is not an employee but a supplier , on some occasions in the past I have been indulgent but I had not received any warnings from the competent bodies. But, in the meantime, Bernabé has remained locked in his room in the Lazio sports center, in Formello . He can't find peace and, while waiting to complete the post-operative recovery, he intends to present his apologies that president Lotito is not willing to take into consideration, despite the falconer's tears.
