Good for the palate, but also for the wallet. There is also a Mandrolisai and a Vermentino in the Gambero Rosso guide for 2023 which rewards the best wines of Italy that cost less than 15 euros. They appear in a list of 67 considered excellent.

The first is the Fradiles di Atzara , which also gives its name to the winery that produces it: it means "cousins". The grapes from which it is born are muristellu (also called bovaleddu or bovale sardo), cannonau and monica . It is presented, we read in the review, “with an intense and impenetrable ruby red color, given above all by muristellu and monica, grapes rich in anthocyanins, and a good consistency”.

Also awarded was the Vermentino di Gallura Petrizza '21, Masone Mannu : it is very popular on the Costa Smeralda and is presented, the producers write, with a “bright and lively straw yellow color. Its fruity aromas invite to the sip: fresh, savory and persistent. A wine suitable for aperitifs or paired with seafood dishes ".
