The underlying idea is to contribute to the growth of the island's companies, a fabric made up mainly of small and medium-sized businesses employing over 400,000 people. The US Program will provide answers to the three recurring needs of SMEs: quality training, customer communication and e-commerce, which has become indispensable. But that's not all: the project by the L'Unione Sarda group brings together a mix of essential services for companies that want to become more competitive. The plan, unveiled on Friday in Cagliari, was illustrated today in Oristano to local entrepreneurs. The meeting was held in the conference room of the Mistral 2 hotel (via XX Settembre 34), with the publisher of the Unione Sarda Sergio Zuncheddu, the group's general manager Lia Serreli, the director of the newspapers Emanuele Dessì and the Sda Bocconi professor Marina Puricelli. The latter will coordinate the Business School that will start in the coming months as part of the US Program. A high-level training course tailor-made for Sardinian companies.

The lessons will be held in Cagliari at the headquarters of the L'Unione Sarda group . The school "represents an essential component of corporate growth strategies to promote the increase in competitiveness and the success of the company", explain the Milanese university, one of the few in the world to boast the "triple crown" accreditation, assigned by three of the most prestigious academic accreditation associations (Aacsb, Equis and Amba). Strategies, organizational structures, balance sheet analysis and employee management: these and other topics will be explored in depth with the Sda teachers also through the testimonies of exemplary entrepreneurs.

The excellent training will also be provided by the Politecnico di Milano: the Graduate School of Management, founded over 40 years ago, is today a point of reference in the panorama of high-level technical and specialist managerial training, recognized throughout the world.

The topics? Communication and marketing for the Sardinian market, e-commerce, introduction to AI for small and medium-sized businesses, innovative and competitive tourism, agribusiness (design and management of an efficient agricultural business), enhancement of the agri-food industry with new technologies, and enhancement of the cultural heritage and local craftsmanship of Sardinia.

The University of Cagliari will also be involved , organizing an important series of thematic seminars: from privacy to taxes, through corporate law and labor law.

A new presentation workshop is scheduled for tomorrow in Sassari, at the Chamber of Commerce.
