The budget law is law and now the catchphrase of the council's verification is back today. But only because President Christian Solinas announced it two weeks ago: "It is normal for the majority to meet to evaluate the most appropriate team to carry out the projects of the last two years of parliamentary term." The majority could meet at Villa Devoto at the beginning of the week, Tuesday or Wednesday, unless the governor prefers to start bilateral talks before calling a collegial table. There will hardly be a reset. The places at risk can be counted on the fingers of one hand: Environment, Industry, Local Authorities, Agriculture and perhaps Public Works. Someone will have to take a step back to allow UDC-Cambiamo-Italia Viva - six councilors in the Assembly in via Roma - to have a second place in the council. There is also the possibility of a relay inside the Psd'Az in the departments of reference, apparently more to local authorities than to tourism.

The tension rises

Meanwhile, the tension between the councilors who are waiting to understand Solinas' intentions is palpable. Yesterday Gianni Lampis (Environment) and Valeria Satta (General Affairs) claimed the same result: the contract renewal of Forestas employees who have been stopped since 2018. The first with a press release talking about the "amendment presented by the Executive Council to raise over 16 million for the staff: a well-deserved recognition for those who carry out an intense activity to protect and enhance the forest heritage, also taking care of the maintenance of the rural fabric, research, innovation and training, as well as actively participating in the fire prevention campaign ». Valeria Satta specified on Facebook that «the measure had already passed with an amendment from the council in the previous budget, but due to a technical problem, the Forestas, Budget and Environment management offices had not been able to start the allocation. With two notes of direction I urged that we proceed as quickly as possible: then the management of Forestas replied that the long times were linked to the approval of the budget. A matter of days and we would have solved it ».

Directorates-General

At the next majority summit, a summary should also be made on the appointments in the vacant directorates-general: Environment, Local Authorities, Agriculture, Forestry Corps. Non Industria and a regional commissioning center where, by order of the judge, the torpedoed managing directors, Alessandro Naitana and Cinzia Lilliu, will be reinstated. In the case of the Central, the Executive had already appointed a replacement (Sandro Ortu), but the resolution was withdrawn in the session on Friday.

Digital exchange

And speaking of resolutions, the utilities of the officials who were in charge of uploading them to the digital junta exchange have been deactivated. This, "to ensure the regular functioning of the Executive sessions and the correct upload of the draft resolution". This decision, writes the regional secretary of Uil-Fpl Giampaolo Spanu, "will cause major complications and delays, given that a well-tested and articulated system is dismantled, based on the support of the various structures of the Administration, and that the concentration of a unsustainable workload on the office of the secretariat of the regional council, already ordinarily forced to a very heavy pace ». For these reasons, "the urgent reinstatement of the procedure applied so far and of the users that have been disabled is requested".
