For the second time, Australia's immigration minister, Alex Hawke, has canceled Novak Djokovic's visa, and now the world's number one tennis player risks a three-year ban from the country.

The decision, it is explained in a note, was taken "for reasons of health and public order".

This means that Djokovic, who arrived in Melbourne to take part in the Australian Open but was stopped, will be banned from entering Australia for three years, except under certain circumstances. In practice he should now be expelled but there could be more surprises.
