Perfume of Euroleague at the PalaPirastu in Cagliari. The 13th edition of the City of Cagliari will bring to the island on 9 and 10 September the Italian champions of Olimpia Milano, LDLC Asvel Villeurbanne and Red Star Belgrade, as well as Dinamo Sassari.

The renewed team from Sassari (four foreigners in the quintet are new) will face Red Star Belgrade on Saturday 9 September at 8.30pm. The Serbian side, making their debut in the Cagliari tournament, won 35 national titles and cups, the Adriatic League 6 times and the Cup Winners' Cup in 1974.

The other semifinal will be played at 6 pm and will see Olimpia Milano, who have won their third star (30 league titles) and aim to do well in the Euroleague, and Advel Villeurbanne of coach TJ Parker, who have won 21 French titles, to which must be added 15 national cups.
