Cristian Chivu is the new coach of Inter, after Simone Inzaghi left for Saudi Arabia to join Al Hilal . Contract until June 30, 2027: the Romanian coach's era in Nerazzurri has officially begun. Parma announced this morning the agreement for the termination of the contract with the former defender, as well as that of Angelo Palombo who will be on his staff in Nerazzurri (which could also include another former player like Walter Samuel).

Around 12.30, Chivu himself, together with some collaborators, arrived at the Inter sports centre in Appiano Gentile , where in the afternoon he will lead his first Inter training session, with the team that will meet to begin preparing for the Club World Cup adventure that will begin for the Nerazzurri on 17 June against Monterrey.
