Important event dedicated to dance this evening, Friday 3 June, at the Sì e Boi Theater in Selargius starting at 20.30.

The show "L'ora blu" will be premiered entirely by established island dancers and young students.

Conceived and directed by Maurizio Montis patron of the Dance Factory, the association that has been producing talents in various sectors of ballet for years, "L'ora blu" is that elusive instant between dreams and awakening, between darkness and light in which everyone he can reflect on what has been and desire what will be.

It represents an interior space of silence and contemplation , a refuge in which to truly feel part of a whole and breathe the vital breath of the universe. Blue intended as a mirror where our various qualities, characteristics, fears and aspects related to our essence, to our deepest being that we jealously hide from others are seen reflected for fear of being judged.

"I wanted to organize everything with Sardinian dancers to promote the island's talent" explains Maurizio Montis, animator of the event who began studying dance in Sardinia at the age of 5 and continued his path in some prestigious schools of the panorama international such as the Academie de Danse Classique Princesse Grace de Monte Carlo, the London Studio Center and the Vienna State Opera School, where she earned her professional dancer diploma.

As soon as he graduated, he worked for 4 years as principal dancer in the Salzburg ballet company directed by Peter Breuer and then returned to Italy where for two years he danced for the Spellbound Contemporary Ballett directed by Mauro Astolfi .

Later he moved to London where he decides to continue his artistic career as a free lance dancer. Thus began a research work aimed at investigating new forms of expression and languages of the body that are increasingly engaging and emotionally stimulating.

The cast of the play, which makes use of the advice and musical arrangements of Jean Philippe Porcu , is very rich in interpreters with some important names in ballet and young talents from the Montis school.

The main dancers will be Giuseppe Sanniu, Camilla Musa, Claudia Floris, Carlotta Furia, Virginia Contu, Martina Sanna and Ilaria Usai .

Special guests are three future etoiles of the ballet Maria Grazietti and Lorenzo Gallo , graduates from the prestigious Wiener Staats Oper Ballett Akademy, and Carola Puddu from the Paris Opera and achieved great fame for participating in the evening of Amici di Maria De Filippi, the talent show that saw her among the finalists most loved by the public.

Carola will be the darling of the house as Selargina in her debut as a dancer in the theater of her city after the great television success.
