Juve penalized by 10 points in the standings. This is the sentence of the Federal Court of Appeal of the FIGC after the new hearing of the capital gains trial. The decision has just been notified. The federal prosecutor had asked for an 11-point penalty.
The FIGC's Federal Court of Appeal also acquitted the seven Juve executives for whom the Guarantee College had asked to re-justify responsibility. These are Pavel Nedved, Paolo Garimberti, Assia Grazioli Venier, Caitlin Mary Hughes, Daniela Marilungo, Francesco Roncaglio and Enrico Vellano. The federal prosecutor, Giuseppe Chinè, had requested eight months of inhibition for them.
