This was reported on Facebook by Lega candidate Roberta Loi , the injured party of the oversight.
“ Roberto's name was printed in the plurinominal for the Senate, in place of Roberta. On the bill posted in the polling stations of the schools, however, the name was spelled correctly ”, wrote Loi on his profile.
"Next to the Lega symbol - explains the candidate on Facebook - you will find Roberto Loi written, but it's still me" . It might not end here: "This is a typo that we will evaluate in the appropriate forums ", denounces the candidate.
The Prefecture of Cagliari, for its part, confirms the error. For the moment, no official intervention by the offices. Also because - this is the reasoning that could somehow mitigate the weight of the error - the preference in this case must be expressed only by crossing the party symbol, and not the name .
