M'Bala Nzola has joined Cagliari on a permanent deal . Acquired in the final stages of the transfer window, the 30-year-old Angolan striker, who arrives from Fiorentina, is the Rossoblu's latest signing.

Meanwhile, Cagliari has announced the acquisition of Yukinari Sugawara, who joins the club from Southampton on a loan deal with an option to buy. Born in Toyokawa, Japan, on June 28, 2000, Sugawara is a versatile and modern defender, capable of playing multiple roles on the right flank. A full-back by training, he can also operate as a central midfielder and, if necessary, as a central defender. Having developed through the Nagoya Grampus youth academy, he was signed by AZ Alkmaar in the summer of 2019.
