And who knows if it was precisely this that convinced the Sardinian stylist Antonio Marras to choose the village of San Salvatore di Sinis to talk about his art. Just a few more days and the ancient village of Sinis, which in the seventies was chosen by important directors to shoot films such as Spaghetti-Westerns and Garter Colt, will once again be transformed into a set.
Photos and videos a few meters from the crystalline sea of Sinis : Marras, born in 1961, is in those narrow and dusty streets that he decided to present his new Pre fall Winter 2024 collection , with the ancient houses on the sides in thieves that only come to life once a year on the occasion of the Scalzi race. The next 2 and 3 December the village will be heavily armored. To avoid hindering the filming, the Municipality of Cabras even issued an ordinance prohibiting the transit of motor vehicles for those two days.

For those two days, a structure was needed to house the dressing rooms : «A citizen of Cabras will make her house in the center of the village of San Salvatore available to the models - says the mayor - Obviously free of charge. This gesture demonstrates how the population also accepts that the ancient village is chosen for important projects." Marras will be welcomed by the mayor: «I will welcome him - concludes Abis - Having such an important artist for us is truly an honor».
