The National Federal Court has sanctioned Brescia with 4 penalty points for the current season and the same number to be served in the first useful season starting from 2025/26 for the alleged administrative violations .

With the four-point penalty in the current season , Brescia, pending the appeal, would be relegated to Serie C, with Sampdoria in the playout against Salernitana and Frosinone directly safe .

Six months of suspension for the club president Massimo Cellino and for the company's managing director Edoardo Cellino .

However, the issue may not end here. The Lombard club will appeal and the hearing before the Court of Appeal is scheduled for June 12. And it cannot be ruled out that in the event of a further rejection there will be a request for intervention by the ordinary justice system.

In recent days, the FIGC has indicated possible dates for the eventual playout between Salernitana and Sampdoria: June 15 and 20. The fear, however, is that any appeals to the TAR, as has already happened in the past, could determine a further postponement of the dates for playing the two matches.
