The fifteenth appointment of the 2022 concert season of the Teatro Lirico di Cagliari is scheduled for Friday 25 November at 8.30 pm (round A) and Saturday 26 November at 7 pm (round B).

The esteemed Armenian conductor Karen Durgaryan returns to lead the Orchestra and Chorus of the Teatro Lirico of Cagliari. The program includes the Concerto in D major for violin and op. 35 by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky ; In amoroso furore , for narrator, choir and orchestra – on a text by Juan de la Cruz – the new composition in world premiere performance by Marco Tutino commissioned by the Teatro Lirico of Cagliari; Christmas Eve , suite from the play by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov .

For the novelty of Tutino , one of the most famous, prolific and versatile contemporary composers, the soloist Pavel Berman performs on the violin in his debut in Cagliari, while the actor Simeone Latini is the narrator of the piece. The choir master is Giovanni Andreoli.

The show has a total duration of about 1 hour and 30 minutes including the intermission.
