Shipwreck off the Tunisian coast, eight migrants died
There are still over 10 missing, the boat was headed for Italy
A boat that left Tunisia and headed for Italy sank off the Tunisian coast. On board, according to the survivors, there were 37 migrants who left the Sfax region.
The confirmed dead are eight, 12 are missing, the other 17 have been rescued by rescuers.
The Coast Guard continues to search to recover any survivors.
