Air raid alerts are on in many regions of Ukraine. Emergency power outages have been implemented across the country after Russian troops launched a massive attack with drones and cruise missiles, Ukrinform reports, citing the Energy Ministry's Telegram channel.

Russian military forces are again attacking energy infrastructure. "As soon as the security situation allows, rescuers and energy operators will begin eliminating the consequences of the attack in order to restore power supply to the regions as quickly as possible. Emergency power outages will be lifted as soon as the situation on the electricity system stabilizes," the Ministry of Energy stated.

Meanwhile, Poland has temporarily closed its airports in Rzeszów and Lublin, in the south-east of the country, after fighter jets scrambled to protect the border following Russia's ongoing massive strikes on Ukraine.
