New York Mayor Zohran Mamdani said his administration is considering arresting Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu if he travels to New York as planned for the United Nations General Assembly in September.
"I believe Prime Minister Netanyahu should be tried in The Hague," Mamdani said, referring to the seat of the United Nations International Court of Justice. "He is a war criminal indicted by the International Criminal Court," he added.
