Meloni from Biden: "Italy-US relations are solid, beyond the color of governments"

"Our relationships are historically strong, outlast governments and remain strong regardless of political color."

So Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni in the Oval Office, at the White House in Washington, during the meeting with US President Joe Biden.

“In difficult times we know who our friends are and I believe that our nations have shown that they can count on each other more than anyone thought,” Biden said instead welcoming the premier, on an official visit to the States.

Among the hot topics of the talks, the conflict between Ukraine and Russia, China and also North Africa.
