Boris Johnson said this, calling on citizens for the umpteenth time to undergo the "booster".

Speaking to reporters, the premier added that there are 2.4 million people who have undergone two doses but have not made the recall despite being suitable.

And the latter is the category most exposed to hospitalizations.
