Tragedy in the United States: Actor Johnny Wactor , known for starring in the series "General Hospital", was shot dead in Los Angeles during a robbery . The news is reported by the Los Angeles Times.
According to police reports, the 37-year-old surprised three people who were trying to steal the catalytic converter from his car and when one of the thieves intervened he shot him.
“The entire General Hospital family is heartbroken to hear of Johnny Wactor's untimely passing. He was truly one of a kind and a pleasure to work with every day. Our thoughts and prayers go to his loved ones in this difficult time", we read in the X profile of the American TV series where Wactor played the character of Brando Corbin.
In his career he had also acted in the series "Siberia" and "Army Wives", as well as in the films "USS Indianapolis: Men of Courage" and "Supercell".
