Japan: recruit opens fire during training and kills two people

A shooting has been reported at an army shooting range in Gifu, Japan. Police arrested the alleged perpetrator, an 18-year-old.
From what has been reconstructed, there are two confirmed dead, one wounded was rescued and taken to hospital.
It would have been a young recruit, during an exercise with real ammunition - as part of the training provides - to fire a rifle.
Among the victims is a member of the Japan Self-Defense Forces.
