Israeli War Cabinet Minister Benny Gantz has resigned from the government led by Benjamin Netanyahu. Gantz himself announced this in a statement to the media.

"I leave with a heavy heart - said Gantz in his speech - because we will not win this war as we planned."

«Netanyahu prevents us from moving towards true victory» , he attacked in the speech broadcast live on Israeli TV. «Strategic decisions – he added – are faced with procrastination and hesitation due to political considerations».

Again, Gantz said: « After October 7, as hundreds of thousands of patriotic Israelis did, we made ourselves available. We did it even though we knew it was bad government. We formed an emergency government for a fateful partnership, not for a political partnership. Months after the October disaster, the situation in the country has changed", said Gantz, who had asked Netanyahu - without obtaining it - a plan for the end of the war in Gaza and the future of the Strip, therefore giving him an ultimatum .
