Two trains collided in Salisbury, Great Britain.

The train accident took place last night and caused 18 injuries: 17 were hospitalized while the driver, trapped between the sheets, was treated on the spot.

From the first checks, the last car of one of the two convoys hit an object in a tunnel and derailed, being then hit by the other convoy.

Transport Minister Chris Heaton-Harris wrote on Twitter that he was in "close contact" with the managers of the railway network, expressing closeness to the people involved.
