Buy a flight to Bari "but they were sending me to Bali": misadventure for the influencer

He had to go back to Italy, destination Bari, but he was ending up in Bali.

Misadventure for the influencer Marco Togni, who has a large following on Instagram and TikTok for the content he shares on Japan, where he has lived for over fifteen years.

"They confused the R with the L and instead of getting me to Bari, they let me go to Bali, Indonesia," he said. Luckily he noticed it in time and refused to board the plane.

Here's how it went: «A few days ago I called my credit card concierge. I tell him that I have to go to Trani in Puglia, so I have to go from Tokyo to Bari airport. He books everything for me, I arrive here at the airport, they give me the tickets, I look: a stopover in Jakarta . But if I have to go to Puglia, the stopover cannot be in Jakarta!».

And in fact the destination was wrong: Bali, Indonesia.

Togni had to go to Puglia to present his book "Japan: my travel guide" at the first edition of «Follow Me», the Trani Youth Festival. In the end he bought back the tickets, and he made it.
