Life happens; so far cancer has given me the opportunity to find beauty through the obstacles that life throws at you."

Two years ago , like Angelina Jolie before her, Balti underwent a preventive double mastectomy after discovering that she had the Brca1 genetic mutation , which exponentially increases the risk of contracting breast and/or ovarian cancer . "Because I cannot afford to get sick, I who alone carry the economic responsibility of all of them on my shoulders.
