A boat was wrecked off the coast of Puerto Rico, at least 11 are the victims.
According to the American authorities, illegal migrants were on board. The accident occurred about 16 kilometers from Desecheo Island where a border police plane spotted the capsized boat and the occupants overboard, bringing 31 people to safety. From initial information, they wore no life jackets.
Further investigations are underway.
