There is a risk of tragedy in the ocean off Florida. The US Coast Guard has begun a search for 39 missing people after a boat capsized in what authorities believe is suspected human trafficking.
It all started with the report of a man "clinging to an overturned boat 45 miles east of Fort Pierce".
The survivor, once rescued, reported that the boat - about forty people on board - had left the Bahamas on Saturday night and due to adverse weather conditions it capsized in the water.
None of the passengers, the man added, had life jackets.
