Salary, professional career opportunities, environmental context: these are some of the parameters used by the Aidp foundation in collaboration with Isfort to draw up the ranking of Italian cities that offer the best working conditions.

Cagliari is in sixth place with 59 points, while leaders Milan close at 63.2.

Before the Sardinian capital there are Trieste, Udine, Bergamo and Pordenone.

The objective of the study was to highlight, thanks to a series of indicators and data collected over the last few years, which cities offered a better dimension in the workplace.

Among the indices taken into consideration for the analysis are wages, work environments, career path opportunities, corporate reputation, smart working opportunities and the environmental context (transport/accessibility, environmental livability, leisure services, safety, digital services).
