Festival appetizer under the banner of Pier Paolo Pasolini. After the photographic exhibition on the great master, set up in Olbia last week, the Cinema of Tavolara is heading towards its 32nd edition, scheduled from 13 to 17 July , with a new intermediate stage.

This is the cineconcerto-homage to the Friulian director and author on 10 June in the year of the centenary of his birth: the protagonists in Porto San Paolo are the Sassari musician Luigi Frassetto and Neri Marcorè , who returns to Gallura, where for many years he conducted the Festival of Tavolara, in the role of narrator and singer of the show entitled “What are the clouds? Pasolini and music ".

On the stage of the square of Porto San Paolo, also protagonists of a show that will retrace life and death, Pasolini's artistic and human story through cinematic sequences taken from some of his masterpieces ("Accattone", "Mamma Roma" and "La Ricotta ", Above all) and classical music that will alternate with pop music, including Angela Colombino (female voice) and the string quartet composed of Alessio Manca (violin), Francesca Fadda (violin), Gioele Lumbau (viola) and Francesco Abis (cello).

In the following days, and exactly on 11 and 12 June, the Argonauti Polytechnic will host the screenwriting masterclass held by the director, screenwriter and television author Ivan Cotroneo, another step towards the film festival directed by Piera Detassis and conducted by Geppi Cucciari .
