New spring dates for the tour of “È inutile a dire!”, the show by Jacopo Cullin which has now become a classic of island comedy, and capable of breaking box office records in the most important theatres not only in Sardinia, but also on the Peninsula.
The actor and director from Cagliari will once again bring the iconic masks of Signor Tonino, Salvatore Pilloni and Angioletto Biddi 'e Proccu to the stage on May 18 at the Teatro Maria Carta in Pula (Ca), on May 23 at the Teatro Eliseo in Nuoro, on May 29 at the Cineteatro Giordo in Tempio Pausania (Ss) and the following day (Friday 30) at the Teatro Costantino in Macomer (Nu).
At his side, as usual, there will be his friend and tried and tested sidekick Gabriele Cossu. To enrich the show, the live music of the trio led by Matteo Gallus on violin, with Riccardo Sanna on accordion and Andrea Lai on double bass.
"In these years we have brought the show to every corner of the Island, we have contributed to the opening of new spaces and stages never used before", says Cullin: "this remains the main objective of the tour. We will discover new theaters and we can't wait to get back on stage."
With “È inutile a dire!”, Jacopo Cullin chooses to tackle, with the weapon of subtle irony and refined comedy that characterizes him, the complex relational dynamics of contemporaneity. The show presents itself as a lucid and disenchanted look at the discomforts and fragilities that mark today's society, increasingly marked by emotional precariousness and a persistent sense of existential bewilderment.
