Wednesday at 8.30pm   The Church of San Gabriele Arcangelo in Cheremule will host the musical meditation concert “In Passione Domini,” performed by the "Giuseppe Verdi" Musical Band Association of Sassari . The event, promoted by the Cheremule APS Popular Traditions Association with the patronage of the Municipality of Cheremule, is open to all and admission is free.

The event is part of a broader effort to promote the local area: the evening is a clear sign of how the Cheremule Municipal Administration continues to vigorously promote important cultural events related to the Holy Week rites, preserving their memory and encouraging citizens to participate in moments of collective reflection.

Under the direction of Maestro Giuseppe Carboni, the Sassari band will celebrate its thirty years of activity through a repertoire of funeral marches and sacred compositions, accompanied by the narrative voices of Manuela Fois, Monica Anelli and Pierangelo Sanna (Paco Mustèla Theatre Association).

Maestro Carboni explains: "For years, we have been accompanying the Holy Week processions in Sassari with our music, experiencing firsthand moments of intense participation and profound meaning. Our band is also a vital part of the city's traditions, being among those that accompany both the Holy Week processions and the Faradda dei Candelieri, sharing some of our city's most defining moments with the community. On our thirtieth anniversary, we felt the desire to transform this experience into a musical and meditative journey."
