The tastings will take place inside the Cervo Conference Center in Porto Cervo in the presence of the best wine and food producers. The 2025 edition will be able to count on historic companies of great appeal and prestigious new entries: approximately 60 exhibitors of wine and other spirits and over 20 of food, among which the presence of Sardinian brands stands out.

About 50 percent will come from all over the island, confirming the exponential growth of the Sardinian wine world, capable of stably proposing itself at any international event thanks to the quality of its products. Furthermore, as far as the wineries are concerned, about 20 percent will be proposing themselves for the first time at the Porto Cervo Wine & Food Festival. As for the food sector, over half of the producers come from Sardinia: for several companies it will be their absolute debut at the event signed Costa Smeralda.

During the Gallura event, the PCWFF Award will be assigned following a tasting conducted by experts for the categories Regional wines (red, white, rosé and sparkling wines) and National wines (red, white, rosé and sparkling wines). The awarded wines will become part of the Taste of Sardinia, the initiative through which Marriott Costa Smeralda presents Italian excellence to the world.
