The ninth edition of the national wine-literary prize "Vermentino" will be presented in Milan. After the presentations at the Turin Book Fair, it is time for the launch at Palazzo Turati, where, during the Media Day, the "Premio Vermentino" will be celebrated and the new edition of the literary competition will be illustrated, the call for participation of which will remain open until May 30.

The event, scheduled for Thursday 13 March starting at 10:30, will also be the occasion for the launch of some interesting new features presented to the public of authors and publishers. The Award, which stands out for its ability to create an ideal bridge between the world of wine and that of literature, celebrating an excellence that is an expression of territories rich in history and traditions, has established itself by creating a space of absolute importance in the panorama of national publishing . The intertwining of lives, recounted in the works, have marked the various editions and allowed us to discover the authors through their original narratives around the fascinating world of wine.

The Milanese presentation will feature Stefano Visconti, president of the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari, Katia Cecchinelli, mayor of the municipality of Castelnuovo Magra (partner of the Award), Sabrina Serra, deputy mayor of the municipality of Olbia (where the Award is held) and member of the jury; Maria Amelia Lai, vice president of the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari and president of the jury of the latest editions, Pietro Esposito, secretary of the Chamber of Commerce of Sassari and creator of the Award, and Paolo Ambrosini, president of ALI (Associazione Librai Italiani).
