New Year's Eve in Cagliari
December 31st is approaching: it's time to organize the liveliest evening of the year with friends with an unforgettable dinner.
Obicà Mozzarella Bar , in the Food Hall of Rinascente Cagliari Via Roma, is the ideal location to celebrate the arrival of the new year in the name of Italian excellence, with a suggestive view of the city's port.
For the occasion, Obicà has created a special evening with the best gastronomic specialties of the Italian tradition and accompanying music .

In the proposal for the evening of 31 December 2023, the Obicà Mozzarella Bar restaurant tells the story of the quality of the ingredients through delicious nuances of colors and flavours.

The experience begins with the Mozzarella Bar Tasting , an ideal appetizer for sharing, which includes Classic and Smoked Bufala Campana DOP Mozzarella , accompanied by a selection of fine cured meats and other Obicà specialties, such as the Crostino with Piennolo Tomato Pacchetelle of Vesuvio DOP and Fresh Oregano, Beetroot Hummus and Oregano Focaccia with Trapani Salt.

Followed by two first courses : Fresh Ravioli filled with Potatoes and Pecorino Romano, served with Pacchetelle of Piennolo del Vesuvio DOP Tomatoes, Crumbled Tarallo, Fresh Oregano, and Tagliolini with Prawns and Calamaretti , Bisque Sauce, Datterini Tomatoes, Parsley.

The next courses are two seafood second courses : Grilled Octopus with Italian Gazpacho, Apulian Burratina and marinated courgettes, and Salmon Fillet with Purple Cabbage and Cream of Black Cabbage and Potatoes.

To conclude on a sweet note, here is the Panettone Cake with Mascarpone Heart and Chocolate Chips.

At midnight, a delicious food interlude to start the new year with gusto: Lentils with Thyme Flavored Oil, served with a glass of Prosecco for the inevitable toast with your friends.

At the end of the dinner, in the large panoramic location the real party begins to celebrate the arrival of the new year , to the tune of a DJ set with a contemporary sound, accompanied by classic Italian cocktails and a selection of original cocktails, as well as a vast selection of bottles from the best Italian labels.
