Miss Italy 2023 is Francesca Bergesio.
The 19-year-old, former Miss Piedmont, who studies Medicine in Rome and is the daughter of Lega senator Giorgio Bergesio, won the 84th edition of the competition which was held in Salsomaggiore Terme.
On the podium Veronica Lasagna, 20 year old Miss Lombardy, and Syria Pozzi, 22 year old from Sestu, Miss Sardinia 2023.
