The Miss Universe Sardinia crown goes to Ilaria Mura.

Ilaria Adelina Mura, from Bosa, is the new Miss Universe Sardinia 2026. The announcement took place last night in the evocative setting of Front'e Mari di Pistis, on the Costa Verde, in the Arbus area, where the regional final of the pageant was held. Her victory opens the door to the national stage. She will be joined by Ginevra Stella De Petrillo, from Alghero, and Hajar Nachet, from Macomer, who will represent Sardinia in the remainder of the competition. The evening also brought success in the Teen category, out of competition. Luna Dechicu, from Macomer, won the Miss Events sash.

Visibly moved after being announced, Ilaria Adelina Mura wanted to share her victory with everyone who accompanied her on her journey: "This crown isn't just mine, it belongs to everyone who encouraged me to participate in this pageant. It's a recognition for all the times I fell and got back up." For the finale, the new Miss Universe Sardinia chose a dress that spoke to her roots, reinterpreting elements of the island's tradition in an elegant and contemporary way. The aqua green bodice features a geometric floral motif inspired by Sardinian fabrics, while the sweetheart neckline is finished with hand-crafted ivory lace and gold Sardinian filigree buttons. The wide sleeve ends with a cuff closed with two buttons and a piping. Completing the dress is a long satin skirt with a train, available in three colors: the blue of the sea, the ivory of the beaches, and the petrol blue of the Temo River. The final evening's set design was curated by Assunta Vinci, who helped create the final's scenography in the Pistis setting.

Alessia Ghisoni, Sardinia's exclusive organizer of Miss Universe and Miss World, sums up the 2026 edition. "Each stage was attended by a warm audience, who appreciated not only the spectacle, but the underlying message we wanted to convey throughout Sardinia." The Pistis finale thus concludes the regional journey of Miss Universe Sardinia 2026, an edition that visited various parts of the island, showcasing Sardinian beauty, talent, identity, and culture.
