“The Great Interpreters of Music”, Disney concert at the Verdi in Sassari
Four shows are scheduled, with two matinees for schools
The closing of the event organized by the Cooperativa Teatro e/o Musica offers a two-day event in Sassari dedicated to Disney soundtracks and will feature the instrumental ensemble of Teatro e/o Musica: the Teatro Verdi Chamber Orchestra, conducted by Guglielmo De Stasio.
The first concert is the Thursday matinee at 10.30 dedicated to schools , while at 8.30 the Disney concert will be dedicated to the 75 years of the Rotary Club of Sassari . The next day, Friday, another matinee for schools and the last appointment with the Disney symphonies at 8.30 pm within the program "The Great Interpreters of Music".
The Teatro Verdi Chamber Orchestra, enriched by two young singers, Jormil Neris and Mark Schweiger, will perform live a selection of songs taken from the soundtracks of the most famous Disney films: Mary Poppins, Beauty and the Beast, Anastasia, The Lion King, the Little Mermaid, Aladdin, The Aristocats, Toy Story.
