Milan beat Inter 3-0, fly to the Coppa Italia final by winning their third derby out of five played this season and ruining Inzaghi's treble dream.

After the first leg of the derby ended 1-1, Inter got off to a better start at the Meazza but the Rossoneri ended a balanced first half with a one-goal lead thanks to a header from Jovic at the end of a splendid move started by the Serbian striker himself and finished off by Jimenez with a perfect cross.

In the second half there is no match. In the 4th minute Jovic scores again, who on a corner action takes advantage of a rebound that allows him to shoot one-on-one with Martinez for the doubling. Inzaghi changes 4 all together, but does not give the hoped-for jolt. In fact, Milan manages the double advantage trembling only once on a corner (a miracle by Maignan on De Vrij) and stings on the counterattack, closing it in the 85th minute with Reijnders who crosses into the corner on an assist by Leao.

In the final, the Rossoneri will most likely face Bologna, who this evening host Empoli, strong with the three-goal advantage accumulated in the first leg.
