The meeting between old and new generations of directors in Martis, which becomes an artistic residence. From Thursday to Saturday the 7th edition of “CineMartist” will be held. The event organized by the Municipality of Anglona has been twinned with the Film Festival of Santafè de Antioquia, in Colombia . At the opening of all three evenings, you will be able to view the winning short films of the latest edition of the “La Caja de Pandora” Competition and you will be able to interact with the authors.

It starts on Thursday 26 September at 18:30 with the inauguration of the exhibition Eutimia , curated by Gloria Perra and Gavino Puggioni, where you can admire the works of Sergio Areste, Giuseppe Cossu, Luisa Pistidda and Stefania Porcheddu. At 21:30 the screening of the shorts of the Colombian competition. At 22 space for the screening of the documentaries and meetings with the authors of the section "Stories and tales of the island". The first short in the exhibition will be Harder times – story of a myth by Irene Atzeni. Following, the meeting with Marco Antonio Pani, present at all three evenings with his documentaries.

Friday's guests for the "Stories and Tales of the Island" section are director Enrico Salvatore Porcheddu and the artistic director of the cultural association Itifallico, Massimiliano Marongiu Trini. Director Juan José Arias will be speaking on Saturday. The evening will close with "Stories and Tales of Anglona", a selection of three documentaries made by students of the Mario Sironi Academy of Fine Arts in Sassari. The documentaries (which will be screened at the Vincenzo Migaleddu Multipurpose Center) are dedicated to the traditions and patronal and religious festivals of the Municipalities of Chiaramonti, Laerru and Martis: an exciting journey to discover the local cultural heritage.
