Despite internal friction within the majority, the Todde Council has appointed the commissioners of the Sardinian health companies . It did so just in time, the terms set by law expired today, April 27. And without an agreement, the Democratic Party, the main political force of the coalition .
The Pd councilors Giuseppe Meloni (Budget and vice), Emanuele Cani (Industry) and Rosanna Laconi (Environment) did not participate in the Council . Todde says she is "sorry" for the lack of agreement but "appreciates the calm tones" used yesterday and today during the group leaders and the will, expressed by the Democrats, to "remain and strengthen the majority and the Campo Largo project". The governor also underlines the urgency of proceeding with the nominations so as not to let the terms expire.
Attempts to mend fences continued until a few minutes before the meeting of the Council. Frantic phone calls and discussions with all the forces of Campo Largo, "to recompose the positions and share the names of the commissioners" . Nothing doing, in the end the Democratic Party pulled out. The list is therefore an expression of all the assessors and all the majority political forces present at the Council meeting .
"Today we mark a fundamental stage in the reorganization process of healthcare in Sardinia to bring the right to healthcare, which until now has been too often denied to Sardinian citizens, back to the center of the regional healthcare system," comments Todde.
Here are the names of the commissioners, who will remain in office for six months .

The resolutions adopted by the Council on the proposal of Councilor Bartolazzi follow Regional Law 8, the “little reform” approved by the Regional Council that provides for the possibility of appointing commissioners to the top management of health companies within 45 days of the publication of the law, which occurred on March 13. Therefore, precisely by today.
