Over one billion euros the investments allowed as deductions in Sardinia for the 110 percent Superecobonus . These are the latest data updated as of May 31 by Enea, the National Agency for New Technologies, Energy and Sustainable Economic Development.

About 68 per cent refers to works already completed for a total of 708 million euros . The sworn statements (technical documents issued by qualified professionals to certify the requirements to be able to benefit from the bonus) were almost six thousand. Most of the interventions concerned the villas (single-family buildings) with investments of 484 million euros with almost 4,000 certificates .

To these must be added the requests for functionally independent real estate units : almost 175 million with 1,544 sworn translations. Many renovations also in condominiums: almost 382 million with 64 percent of the interventions already carried out and 449 certified requests. The average investment is 804 thousand euros for buildings with more apartments.

While in general the cost for a villa stops at 122 thousand euros plus 113 thousand euros for functionally independent buildings . The numbers, crossed with those of sector organizations such as Cna, explain and testify to the recovery of the construction sector in the island with data even higher than those recorded before the pandemic.
