Jannik Sinner beats Australian Alex De Minaur, world number 7, and reaches the final of the ATP 500 in Vienna .

The Italian won for the twelfth time in 12 previous matches against his rival, to whom he conceded a paltry two sets: 6-3, 6-4 was today's score, achieved in one hour and 28 minutes .

In the second set, everything changed between the fifth and seventh games: Sinner broke and De Minaur broke again, but at 3-all, the Italian broke the Australian again and easily closed out the set.

In the final , Sinner will challenge the winner of the match between another Italian, Lorenzo Musetti, number 8 in the world, and the German Alexander Zverev, number 3 in the ranking .
