She mistreats her husband and teenage son: 54-year-old Oristano on trial

Ill-treatment of her then husband and teenage son and slander.

These are the charges against which a 54-year-old will have to defend herself before the judges of the Court of Oristano on February 28th .

This morning the magistrate Federica Fulgheri has, in fact, ordered the indictment of the woman and her parents, called to answer only for slander.

Quarrels were more and more frequent . The heavy climate had been dragging on for months in that Oristano family, within which there was no lack of offenses and aggressive attitudes. The wife plays the role of the violent person, she even hit her husband with a stick and called her son a "bastard".

Previously, the 54-year-old had denounced her husband and a red code had been activated, but that story had resulted in an archiving and from there the accusation of slander was triggered which then also involved the woman's parents.

The three are defended by the lawyer Antonella Marras, while the husband has filed a civil action with the lawyer Katia Ledda.
